School Group Monuments
If you’re visiting Washington, DC with a group of middle school, high school or college students, Trip Hacks DC offers a walking tour that gives you an up-close look at the powerful monuments and memorials on the National Mall. Our fun and educational tours are perfect for smaller school groups who would like some personalized guidance around the National Mall but don’t plan to hire an all-inclusive tour company or full-time guide to escort them on their bus during the trip.
What kind of group should sign up?
Our monuments tour is geared to school groups of 30 people and smaller (including chaperones). If you have a larger group and aren’t traveling with a full-time tour guide we can accommodate as well. If your group is very large we may recommend a second tour guide for the best experience.
How much does this tour cost?
We offer two tours for school groups: a 2-hour and a 3-hour monuments walking tour. Both are priced per person. Please fill out the form below with the number of students and chaperones in the group and we’ll be in touch with pricing specific to your group.
Who is the tour guide?
Based on the date of your visit and guide availability, we will assign one of the guides on the Trip Hacks DC team. If you have a specific guide you want to lead your group, leave a comment on the form below and if the scheduling works we will do our best to accommodate. We’ll always let you know who your guide is in advance.
