  • Korean War Veterans Memorial
  • Lincoln Memorial

How long is the tour, and how much walking is involved?

Monumental Trivia is a walking tour that covers approximately 2.5 miles and lasts about 3 hours from start to finish.

Is the tour route accessible?

Yes! While this is a walking tour in the sense that there is no vehicle transportation, the route is accessible for guests using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, or other medical mobility devices.

  • The Jefferson Memorial requires an elevator ride
  • The Lincoln Memorial is accessible via a ramp
  • All other sites do not require an elevation change

How does the trivia work?

We like to keep things fun and casual. Throughout the tour, your guide will pepper in trivia questions, and the first person to answer correctly earns a point. Answer incorrectly? You can’t guess again unless the guide offers a hint. At the end of the tour, the person with the most points is crowned as trivia champ.

No worries if you’re visiting from another country or don’t remember much from social studies class, not every question is history-related, and many guests join simply to learn and have fun!
